Shoes will be shipped via the method selected at checkout being free standard shipping, express post or toll courier. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and method of shipment. Please see more about our shipping including international shipping here.
Please note that as we are located in Central Queensland during the wet season at times there may be delays due to road closures from flooding. We will do our best to keep all customers informed during times like these.

We may release customer information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of our users, or others.
When you place an order through this website, we need to know your name, e-mail, phone number, address and credit card details if paying by credit card. This allows us to process and fulfill your order successfully. It also helps us in maintaining your account.

They allow you to place your online order and to login once you are subscribed. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent that. Secure Transactions We offer Credit Card processing, Direct Deposit, and Cheque. Credit Card payments are made directly through DirectOne's 128 bit SSL Encryption software to insure your personal details are kept safe. None of your payment details are stored, this ensures you will be happy with your transaction.
Complaints If you have any complaints relating to online privacy issues on our website, please notify us in writing.
- Returns & Replacements
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If they are not the correct fit, style or size for you please return to us within 14 working days for an exchange or refund*.
- Shipping charges are not refunded unless we made a error with your shipment
- Please test your shoes on a soft carpeted surface. Shoes that are worn or scuffed are not returnable
- We suggest that you return your items via Registered Post, as we cannot accept responsibly for missing parcels. Always ensure that the parcel is wrapped and clearly addressed. Please DO NOT affix any postage labels directly to the shoe box itself or you may incur a re-boxing fee of $5.00.
- If you wish to return your shoes, please fill in the return/exchange form and return it with your shoes.
- All packages must be freight/postage pre-paid. We will not accept COD deliveries.
- We want to make sure your shoes fit right so you can dance all night long (or sway from side to side if that is your style), and to help make sure that happens we will cover the cost of your exchange back to you. If you need additional exchanges after the first one we have worked with Australia Post to make it a flat rate of $12.50/exchange (Australia Wide) and $35 to New Zealand and $55 for all other countries.
- If you choose to pay for your shoes via Afterpay and wish to return your shoes for any reason, we will offer you an exchange or issue a store credit, no refunds are issued if you pay through afterpay.
- If you choose to pay for your shoes via Zip pay, we will exchange, refund or issue you a store credit should your shoes not fit or you do not like them.
- Please ensure that your shoes are returned with our returns form which will be posted with your shoes or alternatiely you can contact us for this form via email or phone.

- Do you ship outside of Australia?
International orders are sent via Australia Post AirMail service. Australia Post AirMail service is not traceable. Average delivery times from dispatch date are 7 - 30 working days. Additional delays may occur during the months of September - February due to the heavy load on postal services.

Orders sent outside Australia, may incur charges such as import duties, VAT and other fees. The buyer is responsible for paying any such fees. For information regarding such fees, please contact your local customs authority.
