Firstly, a big thank you for sticking with us through this difficult time. I don’t know about you but I find it really overwhelming the amount of information around COVID-19 and I don’t doubt, many other brands have been connecting with you through this period telling you what they are doing. 

Since everything started to unfold we have been planning for what might happen however even with all the planning it has still taken us by surprise and I really wanted to keep this short and sweet to let you know where you can find all important information from Big On Shoes around how COVID-19 may impact your orders, deliveries and returns.

We will be keeping this page updated over the coming weeks as the situation changes so you are aware of what is happened on our side of this new world we are living in.

Big On Shoes COVID 19 Update

Retail Stores:

Mackay QLD From Monday 30th March our Mackay store will be closed to the public however we will still be operating online with all our wonderful customer service and shoe love for you all.

Moranbah QLD At this stage our Moranbah store is still open and we are accessing this situation each day as it comes.

Big On Shoes Online 

As the COVID-19 situation continues to develop, it’s business as usual for Big On Shoes customers, as we work even harder to bring you whatever you need from us right now. Whether it is true shoe love, inspiration of outfits we can team our shoes with when we are all allowed to bound out of our front doors and enjoy hugging our families at the most anticipated bbq in our lives, or some fun behinds the scene of Melissa working from home while being the target of a nurf war attack.

Your Deliveries

We are still processing orders as normal and working closely with Australia Post and Toll to make sure these are with you as soon as possible.  

International Orders- we are monitoring these as they come in as we know some countries at present are not allowing international freight and delivery through your normal delivery system, we will reach out to you to confirm prior to sending your shipment.  

 We will keep you updated on the status of your order via email so you know when to expect delivery. Please note that Australia Post has changed their processes as well with COVID-19 and they are now safe dropping and no parcels will require a signature.

Your Returns

We know the last thing you want to be worrying about is rushing to the post office so we have extended our 30 returns trial for everyone to relieve some pressure off you at this time. To process a return at this time please follow this link as normal.

Our Team

We’ve put lots of extra processes in place to support the Big On Shoes team during this time. Sadly we have had to reduce some of our teams hours but we are very very hopefully that very soon everything will be back to normal.

We have increased hygiene practices in our Fulfilment Centres (we have become cleaning queens) and we are closely monitoring health advice from the relevant authorities to make sure everyone is staying safe.
