Using third party services
When using third party payment plan options such as Afterpay, Klarna, and Zippay, please be mindful of our return policies for each. As you can appreciate, we are a small business and due to non-refundable fees from each service, not all services can be refunded should you choose to send your shoes back. We do however, offer exchanges and store credits where we are not able to offer a refund.

We offer several different payment options including:

Shop Pay
Paypal
Afterpay
Zippay
Klarna
Direct Deposit - At request only
If using Afterpay we will only offer a store credit or an exchange option if your shoes do not fit perfectly or if you do not love them. We will not issue a refund under any circumstances unless the fault lies with us (if we are out of stock or if the shoes are faulty). If you are unsure if this is the best option for you, please contact our customer service team.

If using Zippay as your payment method and your shoes do not fit perfectly, you are eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange (unless you have purchased during a promotional period, if this is the case please refer to the terms and conditions in sale Terms & Conditions).

If using Klarna as your payment method and your shoes are not the perfect fit then you are welcome to a refund, store credit or exchange. (unless you have purchased during a promotional period or purchased shoes on sale, if this is the case please refer to the terms and conditions in sale Terms & Conditions).
