It's Here, It's Here!!

I feel like we have waited forever for our summer collection to arrive from our in house brand Jacob + Therese. On our trip to China last year, we started designing the summer range and picking out the beautiful quality leathers that we wanted to use in this collection and we are blown away with it all now its here in stores. 

This summer we have designed some much needed styles based on feedback from you over the past year. We have adjustable sandals, wide fitting heels, fun sneakers and of course a great fitting slide. We hope you love our in house label as much as we do and of course, if you need a hand with fitting please let us know!

 The Range In Detail 

Kate

This beautiful sneaker is named after our very own Katie who has worked with Melissa in designing this collection of Jacob and Therese with Melissa here at Big On Shoes. The one style Katie loves is a go to sneaker (with a zip of course) and this one is all things Katie wrapped up in a beautiful active flat.

Harper

Harper is what we have been trying to find for years in a corporate work shoe and when we had an opportunity to add a beautiful leather work shoe to our summer collection of Jacob and Therese we had to take it. The very easy design with a mix of quality leather makes her very easy to put on (once you have done the buckle the first time she is a simple slide on and off, the heel is a perfect height to make you feel all dressed up with all the comfort of a low style and the pointed toe adds style and fun to finish your outfit.  

Kora

Oh how we have dreamed of this shoe since we started putting her together. The crazy easy slide design with some very very fun and soft leathers makes her a winner as your go to slide this summer. Our biggest goal when designing Kora was to ensure she had the fit to stay on your foot and working with all sizes from 38-47 so we all (regardless of our foot size) have the perfect slide. 

Riley

This style was a non-negotiable for Melissa when she set out designing this collection of Jacob and Therese. A lover of adjustable sandals and a self-confessed critic in sandals that fit and you can wear all day, Riley brings together all of the elements of a sandal that Melissa’s knows provides the perfect fit with a very low but stable heel, the very important adjustable front strap so you can find the perfect fit across the top and then the innovative design to include an additional ankle strap if you have a wider ankle that you can choose to make sure you have the right support made it easy for Melissa to send this one to the pool room. LOVE HER.

Sage

Sage is an update from our first sandal design Mila  for Jacob and Therese.  Focusing on providing the perfect fit for your casual sandal when we designed Sage we wanted her to provide comfort (lots of comfort) and a really easy way to put her on and make sure she was easy to wear all day. An absolute favourite of Katie’s in the way her narrow foot can find the perfect fit but then Melissa’s wider foot is also happy wearing her all day as well makes her one that we now will make you smile. 

Ruth

Now this heel took some serious work to get just right and based on Melissa’s reaction when the final sample came through and she took her first steps we knew we got the formula right. With this shoe we focused on wider straps so that there is no harsh discomfort of straps digging in, very stable heel and the cross over straps to keep your foot in place as you walk. Melissa is threatening to wear heels with her casual jeans everyday if the lack of social occasions continues so she can justify every colour.

Marina

The ballet flat is a staple we all know and love and last year everyone loved our style Micah but we heard your feedback and we knew we could tweak her to make her that little bit different. Marina adds more comfort in the innersole, softer leather so that she is perfect for the first day at work and a very easy slip on design.
