The biggest hello and welcome from all of us here at Big On Shoes. We are all about helping you find shoes that fit. We put that extra care and attention into helping our ladies find shoes for their next wedding, dinner date, new job and every other event you can think of. Melissa Westcott is the #bosslady and started Big On Shoes 11 years ago in a tiny room in her house. We now have a fabulous retail store in Central Queensland, over 10 staff members and ship to ladies in Australia, New Zealand and the rest of the world and would love to help you find the perfect pair of shoes for the life you want to live.

SIZING + FITTING

We know it can be hard working out what size will fit. So we have developed a couple of easy ways to work out what size to order when you find your dream shoes.

  • Book a one on one consult with us where we will call you and chat to you about you and your feet and what will work best at a time that suits you
  • Use our size chart to help convert between US, AU and EU sizing. You will also notice the inner-sole measurements for every shoe and size here.
  • Measure your feet or a pair of perfect fitting shoes and compare to our size chart. You can learn how to do this on our easy to follow Fitting Guide.
  • Working Out Your NZ Size Conversions is simple. We have found that NZ sizing is generally the same as AU sizing. When comparing your size on our sizing recommendations, simply refer to the AU sizing to help find your perfect fit

OUR STORY

In 2019 our little business was approached by Facebook to tell our story about how amazing it is to be a regional business in Australia. Thank you to the amazing Facebook team from Australia and Singapore that came and spent two days in our lives in both Moranbah and Mackay and thank you to everyone that has supported us along the way.
