We know that buying shoes online can be difficult - our promise to you is that we will do everything we can to help you understand the quality, style and fit of the shoes before you purchase. We not only want your shoes to feel amazing on your feet, but we want you to know that the shoes you buy from us will last that extra mile. That is why we only stock the best brands crafted from premium materials, offer supreme comfort and fit and quality workmanship. We pride ourselves in knowing that the shoes you buy from us will make your feet smile.

How Long Will My Order Take?

We offer three types of shipping; regular, express and international. 

  • Regular shipping 7-10 days 
  • Express shipping takes 3-5 day 
  • International shipping takes 7-30 days 
  • Needing your shoes ASAP? Contact us to chat about a courier option

International Terms: Depending on where you are located will depend on how long the delivery will take to arrive to you. Please note that your country's custom fees and tariffs are payable by you, if applicable.

How Much Is Freight?

 

  • Free shipping for orders over $200 (unless you are purchasing during a promotional period where this may be removed)
  • Regular shipping flat rate $14.95
  • Upgrade to express shipping from $19.95
  • New Zealand shipping flat rate $30
  • Other International shipping is calculated at checkout 

Return Policy

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If they are not the correct fit, style or size for you, just return your shoes within 30 days from date of purchase for an exchange or refund.

*If you have purchased sale shoes which clearly state "no refunds" or are discounted by 50% or more, we cannot offer a refund. We also only offer exchange or store credit only on styles which have been reduced by 16% - 49%. Please see our Sale T & C's for more on this. 

Please note that the cost of returning the shoes is at your own expense.
