If your shoes do not fit or you do not love them, simply lodge your return/exchange with us via our online returns form. We will reach out to you ASAP to discuss your exchange/return options and how we can help.

You are responsible for the cost of sending your shoes back to us for an exchange, store credit or return.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes are not the correct fit, style or size for you, please return your shoes within 30 days from date of dispatch for an exchange, store credit or refund.

If you have purchased sales/clearance shoes, please note that we do not accept returns on stock reduced by 50% or more. Products which have been reduced up to 49% are returnable for store credit only.

If your shoes did not fit right the first time, or you are not in love with them, let us help you find another pair to exchange them for. Simply complete our online return/exchange form and we will be in touch with some other options or sizes that might suit you.

If you find a pair of shoes you would like to exchange them for, let us know so that we can place them on hold so they do not sell to someone else. We will hold your exchange shoes for up to 2 weeks while your original shoes are being sent back to us.


We will post your first exchange out to you at not cost, however all exchanges after this time will be at a cost to you of $14.95.

Returning your shoes to us for a refund, store credit or exchange is easy!

Simply pop them your shoes into their original box, purchase either a 3kg or 5kg satchel at your local post office (or re-use the satchel we sent to you) and pop your shoe box into it. Clearly write our return address onto the parcel along with your sender details.
