We offer three types of shipping; regular, express and international. 

Regular shipping takes 7-10 days

Express shipping takes 3-5 day

International shipping takes 7-30 days 

International Terms: Depending on where you are located will depend on how long it will take to arrive to you.  Should you require your shoes within 24-48 hours please contact our customer service team to discuss a road service option. Please note that your countries custom fees are payable by yourself if applicable.

We offer free shipping for orders over $100, otherwise our other shipping options are:

First time customers who have placed an order after 14th Jan 2020 will receive one free return satchel with their first order (*only available on orders over $100). If your shoes do not fit or you do not love them, simply lodge your return/exchange with us via our online returns form and we will send you a label within 48 hours.

All other orders are responsible for the cost of sending your shoes back to us for an exchange, store credit or return.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If they are not the correct fit, style or size for you, just return your shoes within 30 days from date of purchase for an exchange or refund. 

*If you have purchased sale shoes that clearly state "no refunds" than sadly we can not offer an exchange or refund for these items. Please also refer to our T & C's regarding paying via Afterpay

If your shoes did not fit right the first time, or you are not in love with them, let us help you find another pair to exchange them for. Simply complete our online return/exchange form and we will be in touch with some other options or sizes that might suit you. 

If you find a pair of shoes you would like to exchange them for, let us know so that we can place them on hold so they do not sell to someone else. We will hold your exchange shoes for up to 2 weeks while your original shoes are being sent back to us. 

We will post your 1st exchange out to you at not cost, however all exchanges after this time will be at a cost of $12.50

Returning your shoes to us for a refund or exchange is easy!

Simply pop them your shoes into their original box. Purchase either a 3kg or 5kg satchel at your local post office and pop your shoe box into it. Clearly write our return address onto the parcel along with your sender details. 

* Please NO NOT affix any postage labels directly to the shoe box itself or you may incur a re-boxing fee of $5.00. If your shoes are returned without their original shoe box you will be charged a re-boxing fee of $5.00.

    By logging into your registered account and shopping, points will automatically accrue. You will earn points each time you purchase any shoes or products at Big On Shoes either online or in any store. You will earn a point for ever dollar you spend, once you have accrued 100 points in a 6 month period we will issue you a $5 voucher 

    You will be sent a voucher via email, which will include a code. This code will be used at checkout. You can also present this voucher in any participating store. You cannot redeem or exchange your points for cash (this voucher is to be used on full priced items only).

    You cannot sell or transfer your points to anyone. This voucher will have a 30 day expiry and can not be used in conjunction with any other offers.

    Unfortunately each voucher is for one off use only, if your voucher is lost or stolen we are unable to re issue your voucher.

    We reserve the right to terminate your voucher in our Loyalty Program if we believe that you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity or failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions. We may discontinue our Loyalty Program at any time in our sole discretion with no liability to you. If we do so, we'll publish a notice on our website and/or email you to let you know.
