SHIPPING
We offer three types of shipping; regular, express and international.
Regular shipping takes 7-10 days
Express shipping takes 3-5 days
International shipping takes 7-30 days
International Terms: Please note that your country's custom fees and tariffs are payable by you, if applicable.
We offer free shipping for orders over $200, unless you are purchasing during a promotional period where reduced shipping fees or no shipping fee may be offered.

Upgrade to Express Shipping for 1-2 Items: $19.95
Upgrade to Express Shipping for 3+ items $29.95
New Zealand shipping flat rate $30

SIZING & FITTING GUIDE
Be sure to take the time to refer to our size recommendation chart on each product! We take the time to measure the inner-sole of every shoe so that you know which size to order. We also give recommendations based on EU, US or AU sizing.

Narrow fitting shoes are always the most difficult to source, however more options are gradually becoming available. A great option for narrow feet is our Adjust To Fit range, which are styles that can be fully adjusted to fit your foot. See the Adjust To Fit collection here.

We have seen a rapidly growing demand for shoes which easily slip onto the foot or don't require lacing or buckling. We keep a large range of suitable shoes in stock for our customers who aren't able to bend down with ease or have decreased fine motor skills to tie laces or fasten buckles. Many styles utilise velcro fasteners instead of buckles to assist with ease of access.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If your shoes do not fit or you do not love them, simply lodge your return/exchange with us via our online returns form. We will reach out to you ASAP to discuss your exchange/return options and how we can help.
You are responsible for the cost of sending your shoes back to us for an exchange, store credit or return.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes are not the correct fit, style or size for you, just return them within 30 days from date of dispatch for an exchange, store credit or refund.
Please note that shoes on sale/clearance cannot be returned if they have been reduced by 50% or more. Shoes which are reduced by up to 49% can be returned for store credit only.
Shoes which are discounted from full price during a temporary promotion or with a discount code can be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit.
We understand that shoes fit everyone very differently which is why we do offer our returns policy, however, we cannot accept worn shoes unless there is a manufacturing defect which is identified during the six month warranty period after purchase.
Shoes which are purchased at full-price, during a temporary promotion or discounted with a discount code can be exchanged within 30 days or dispatch to you. If your shoes did not fit right the first time, or you are not in love with them, let us help you find another pair to exchange. Simply complete our online return/exchange form and we will be in touch with some other options or sizes that might suit you.
If you find a pair of shoes you would like to exchange them for, let us know so that we can place them on hold so they do not sell to someone else. We will hold your exchange shoes for up to 2 weeks while your original shoes are being sent back to us.
Domestic orders: We will post your first exchange out to you at no cost, however all exchanges after this time will be at a cost of $14.95.
International orders: We will be in touch with you about the cost of freight for your exchange at that time.
Returning your shoes to us for a refund or exchange is easy!
Simply pop them your shoes into their original box. Purchase either a 3kg or 5kg satchel at your local post office and pop your shoe box into it, or alternatively the satchels we mail your shoes in can be turned inside out and used again. Clearly write our return address onto the parcel along with your sender details.
* Please NO NOT affix any postage labels directly to the shoe box itself or you may incur a re-boxing fee of $5.00. If your shoes are returned without their original shoe box you will be charged a re-boxing fee of $5.00.
If you are an international buyer and are sending your shoes back to us, we recommend heading to your local post office and talking to them about the cheapest method of shipping. Be sure to keep your tracking number.

Sales stock which has been reduced by up to 49% can be returned for store credit only.

From time to time, we may offer discounts by way of temporary promotions.
These prices are not available on past orders, custom orders or future orders.
These offers may not be available in conjunction with any other promotional offer such as, but not limited to, birthday vouchers, loyalty vouchers, first time customer vouchers or combined with other discount codes.
We reserve the right to remove items from sale during promotional periods and make the items unavailable for sale.
Purchases made during promotional periods are available for returns unless the promotion applies to stock already reduced by 50% or more.
We may remove the "Free Shipping" Option during a sale period.
From time to time, discount codes may be used by customers in which event they are treated as a temporary promotion and the same conditions apply.
From time to time, we offer discount codes to be used by customers to claim a discount at check-out. Only one discount code can be used per transaction.
We reserve the right to cancel or deny discount codes without notice.
From time to time we run prize giveaways on our social media and website platforms. Please note that if you win a prize during a promotion we will cover the cost of freight to you. If the prize is a pair of shoes and you would like to exchange them after receipt, all freight is at your cost. Shoes won are not eligible to be returned for cash. Please refer to each promotion for information regarding entry deadlines.

If purchasing by Afterpay, we will only offer a store credit or an exchange option for your returned shoes. We will not issue a refund under any circumstances unless the shoes are faulty. If you are unsure if this is the best option for you, please contact our customer service team.

When you are issued store credit or a gift card, you will be supplied with a code which you must enter at check out when completing your purchase. This code will only work at checkout and will not work if you are using it in your "shopping cart".

Please be mindful that you can only use one discount code at a time, so if you have two credit notes or gift cards, then reach out to us and we will complete your order manually.
