SHIPPING
We offer three types of shipping; regular, express and international.
Regular shipping takes 7-10 days (However this may have some delays with COVID-19)
Express shipping takes 3-5 day (However this may have some delays with COVID-19)
International shipping takes 7-30 days (However this may have some delays with COVID-19)
International Terms: Depending on where you are located will depend on how long it will take to arrive to you. Should you require your shoes within 24-48 hours please contact our customer service team to discuss a road service option. Please note that your countries custom fees are payable by yourself if applicable.
We offer free shipping for orders over $100, unless you are purchasing during a promotional period where this may be removed.
Otherwise our other shipping options are:

Upgrade to Express Shipping for 3+ items $29.95

SIZING & FITTING GUIDE
Be sure to take the time to refer to our size recommendation chart on each product! We take the time to measure the inner-sole of every shoe so that you know what size to order. We also give recommendations based on EU, US or AU sizing.

Narrow fitting shoes are always the most difficult to find from our brands, however there are slowly more and more options coming into the market. A great option for narrow feet is our Adjust To Fit range, which are styles that can be fully adjusted to fit your foot. See the Adjust To Fit collection here.

The demand for orthotic options is growing rapidly in the shoe industry so we have been busy behind the scenes trying to offer more and more in this area. We currently have an extensive range of shoes that offer ladies either arch support or removable inner-soles so that orthotics can be inserted. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If your shoes do not fit or you do not love them, simply lodge your return/exchange with us via our online returns form. We will reach out to you asap to discuss your exchange/return options and how we can help.
All orders are responsible for the cost of sending your shoes back to us for an exchange, store credit or return.
If your clothes do not fit or you do not love them, or perhaps you are not in love with your new bag/wallet, simply lodge your return/exchange with us via our online returns form. We will reach out to you asap to discuss your exchange/return options and how we can help.
Please note that clothing and bags/wallets need to be unworn, unwashed and have their tags attached. We are unable to accept returns for earrings or hair accessories for hygiene reasons.
All orders are responsible for the cost of sending your shoes back to us for an exchange, store credit or return.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If they are not the correct fit, style or size for you, just return your shoes within 30 days from date of purchase for an exchange or refund.
*If you have purchased sale shoes that clearly state "no refunds" than sadly we can not
If you have purchased during a promotional sale period then please refer to our Sale Terms & Conditions to see if you are eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.
we are sorry this has been your experience with your shoes. As you can understand shoes fit everyone very differently which is why we do offer our returns policy and if they are not an exact fit for you then you can return them to us. However, we can not accept worn shoes unless there is a manufacturing defect on them in which case we work with you to get this sorted ASAP.
If your shoes did not fit right the first time, or you are not in love with them, let us help you find another pair to exchange them for. Simply complete our online return/exchange form and we will be in touch with some other options or sizes that might suit you.
If you find a pair of shoes you would like to exchange them for, let us know so that we can place them on hold so they do not sell to someone else. We will hold your exchange shoes for up to 2 weeks while your original shoes are being sent back to us.
Domestic orders: We will post your 1st exchange out to you at no cost, however all exchanges after this time will be at a cost of $14.95
International orders: We will be in touch with you about the cost of freight for your exchange at that time.
Returning your shoes to us for a refund or exchange is easy!
Simply pop them your shoes into their original box. Purchase either a 3kg or 5kg satchel at your local post office and pop your shoe box into it. Clearly write our return address onto the parcel along with your sender details.
* Please NO NOT affix any postage labels directly to the shoe box itself or you may incur a re-boxing fee of $5.00. If your shoes are returned without their original shoe box you will be charged a re-boxing fee of $5.00.
If you are an international buyer and are sending your shoes back to us, we recommend heading to your local post office and talking to them about the cheapest way to send them back to us. Be sure to keep your tracking number so that you can keep an eye on them as they head back to us.

The below Terms and Conditions are in relation to our clearance shoes, where we offer 50% - 90% off shoes.
This offer is available while sale prices are marked, both in stores and online. Sale prices are not available on past orders, custom orders or future orders.
NO Refunds, Exchanges or store credits are available on shoes returned from this sale. If you are unsure on the shoes you are purchasing, this might not be the sale for you
We may remove the "Free Shipping" Option for clearance shoes.
The below Terms and Conditions are in relation to using vouchers and checkout codes both in stores and online.
Vouchers and checkout codes can not be used during sale promotional periods. Only one voucher or checkout code can be used at once (Eg: A Birthday Voucher can not be used at the same time as a loyalty voucher).
We reserve the right to cancel or deny vouchers and coupons without notice.
From time to time we run prize giveaways on our Social media and website platforms. Please note that if you win a pair of shoes during a promotion we will cover the cost of freight to you. If you need an exchange all freight is at your cost. Shoes won are not eligible to be returned for cash. Please refer to the promotion about time to enter and when prizes are drawn.

If using Afterpay we will only offer a store credit or an exchange option if your shoes do not fit perfectly or if you do not love them. We will not issue a refund under any circumstances unless the fault lies with us (if we are out of stock or if the shoes are faulty). If using Zippay as your payment method and your shoes do not fit perfectly, you are eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange (unless you have purchased during a promotional period, if this is the case please refer to the terms and conditions in sale Terms & Conditions).

If you are using a credit note or gift card that has been issued to you, you will need to enter the code supplied to you at checkout. This code will only work at checkout and will not work if you are using it in your "shopping cart".
