How Do I Know What Size To Buy?
Be sure to take the time to refer to our size recommendation chart on each product! We take the time to measure the inner-sole of every shoe so that you know which size to order. We also give recommendations based on EU, US or AU sizing. See our Fitting Guide Here which explains how to work out your foot measurement and use this against the inner-sole measurements.
Do You Stock Wide Fit Options?
We certainly do. We have a range of different styles that accomodate a wider fit. Remember that not all styles will come with a manufacturing advise "EEE" on them, so we do our best to fit test them prior to launch and then mention what fit they are in the "Fitting Recommendation" section. Be sure to note this section when looking for shoes.

Do You Stock Narrow Fit Options?
Narrow fitting shoes are always the most difficult to source, however the range is slowly increasing. Remember that not all styles will come with a manufacturing make of "AA" fitting on them, so we do our best to fit test them prior to launch and then mention what fit they are in the "Fitting Recommendation" section. Be sure to note this section when looking for shoes. Our in house label Jacob + Therese offers some adjustable styles to suit various widths. You can see the collection here.
My Size Is Out Of Stock, Can I Order It In?
Popular styles can sell out fast, however sometimes we do have the ability to reorder from some suppliers. If you see a pair of shoes and they are sold out in your size already, be sure to complete the "notify me" option on the style and size you are wanting. As soon as it comes back into stock, we will notify you so you do not miss out.

Please note that all payment methods can be refunded if you return your shoes EXCEPT for Afterpay. Should you choose to pay with Afterpay, we are happy to issue you a store credit which has a 3 year expiry. How Long Will My Order Take?
We offer three types of shipping; regular, express and international.
- Regular shipping 7-10 days
- Express shipping takes 3-5 day
- International shipping takes 7-30 days
International Terms: Depending on where you are located will depend on how long the delivery will take to arrive to you. Please note that your country's custom fees and tariffs are payable by you, if applicable.
How Much Is Freight?
- Free shipping for orders over $200 (unless you are purchasing during a promotional period where this may be removed)
- Regular shipping flat rate $14.95
- Upgrade to express shipping from $19.95
- New Zealand shipping flat rate $30
- Other International shipping is calculated at checkout
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of dispatch on all purchases except for shoes which are reduced by 50% or more, in which case returns are not accepted.
Returns will only be accepted if the shoes are returned unworn, undamaged and contained in their original undamaged boxes.
Refunds: Refunds are available on full-priced products and products which are discounted for a temporary promotion or with a discount code. Refunds are not available on sales/clearance stock. Refunds are not available on any products if you have paid via Afterpay.
Exchanges: One free exchange is available on full-priced products and products which are discounted for a temporary promotion or with a discount code. Further exchanges will incur additional postage charges. Exchanges are not available on sales/clearance stock.
Store credit: Store credit is offered for all returns except for purchases of shoes reduced by 50% or more.
