We welcome a new brand of casual style slip on's to the Big On Shoes range. Archies thongs feature arch support, ultra strong and comfort materials and are light as a feather.

- Up to 2.2cm of orthotic support encourages optimal foot posture aiding whole body alignment
- Specialised closed cell foam material is formulated to mould to your foot
- Ultra-strong one-piece design makes the thongs virtually indestructible
- Your toes don't have to grip to keep your thongs on, allowing you to walk all day without overusing muscles and tendons in the feet

How Do I Know What Size To Buy?
Be sure to take the time to refer to our size recommendation chart on each product! We take the time to measure the inner-sole of every shoe so that you know what size to order. We also give recommendations based on EU, US or AU sizing. See our Fitting Guide Here which explains how to work out your foot measurement and use this against the inner-sole measurements.
Do You Stock Wide Fit Options?
We certainly do. We have a range of different styles that accomodate a wider fit. Remember that not all styles will come with a manufacturing advise "EEE" on them, so we do our best to fit test them prior to launch and then mention what fit they are in the "Fitting Recommendation" section. Be sure to note this section when looking for shoes.

Do You Stock Narrow Fit Options?
Narrow fitting shoes are always the most difficult to find from our brands, however there are slowly more and more options coming into the market. Remember that not all styles will come with a manufacturing make of "AA" fitting on them, so we do our best to fit test them prior to launch and then mention what fit they are in the "Fitting Recommendation" section. Be sure to note this section when looking for shoes. Our in house label Jacob + Therese offers some styles that can adjust to all different types of widths. You can see the collection here.
My Size Is Out Of Stock, Can I Order It In?
Popular styles can sell out fast, however sometimes we do have the ability to reorder from some suppliers. If you see a pair of shoes and they are sold out in your size already, be sure to complete the "notify me" option on the style and size you are wanting. As soon as it comes back into stock, we will notify you so you do not miss out.

Please note that all payment methods can be refunded if you return your shoes EXCEPT for Afterpay. Should you choose to pay with Afterpay, we are happy to issue you a store credit which has a 3 year expiry. Our promise to you is that we will do everything we can to show you what the shoes are like and how they fit before you purchase. We offer fitting recommendations, video's on the foot and also touching the leather so you can see how soft or hard it is. We not only want your shoes to feel amazing, but we want you to know that the shoes you buy from us will last that extra mile. That is why we only stock the best brands that have premium leathers, supreme comfort and fit and quality workmanship. Your feet need to last you your whole life, so we pride ourselves knowing that the shoes you buy from us will look after your feet and make them smile.

How Long Will My Order Take?
We offer three types of shipping; regular, express and international.
- Regular shipping 7-10 days
- Express shipping takes 3-5 day
- International shipping takes 7-30 days

International Terms: Depending on where you are located will depend on how long it will take to arrive to you. Should you require your shoes within 24-48 hours please contact our customer service team to discuss a road service option. Please note that your countries custom fees are payable by yourself if applicable.
How Much Is Freight?
- Fee shipping for orders over $100 (unless you are purchasing during a promotional period where this may be removed).
- Regular shipping flat rate $19.95
- Upgrade to express shipping from $29.95
- New Zealand shipping flat rate $30
- Other International shipping is calculated at checkout
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If they are not the correct fit, style or size for you, just return your shoes within 30 days from date of purchase for an exchange or refund.
*If you have purchased sale shoes that clearly state "no refunds" or are discounted more than 50% than sadly we can not offer a refund. We also only offer exchange or store credit only on styles that have been reduced down between 16% - 49%. Please see our Sale T & C's for more on this.
Please note that the cost of return shoes is at your expense.
